On Friday we had the first of our brandings this year. We only had about 35 calves to brand so it went pretty quick. We woke up that morning with 2" of new snow so I didn't think we would brand, but Brian was determined. He plowed a spot at about 6:30 that morning and with the sun shining all day, the temperature reached around 50, so it actually was mostly dry by that afternoon. The boys had such a good time wrestling and roping. Thanks to everyone for giving us a hand.
