New Years Suprise!

We arranged for Dustin and Rachel to come from Greeley, CO for Christmas as a surprise to mom and dad. Unfortunatly, they were snowed in, so we had to postpone it until New Years Eve. Mom and dad were very suprised and we had a great visit with them and the kids. They were able to stay until Sunday so we played games all night for 3 nights straight. Many thanks to Dustin and family for making the long drive up here.
It's been a long time since our whole family has been together.

The Abbott family was kind enough to give our boys a wii for Christmas. Needless to say they were thrilled. The adults had alot of fun with it too. Apparently we are quite a competitive family!

Christmas Day!

My parents came over on Christmas morning to open gifts with us which was such a treat, especially for the boys. We had such a wonderful morning with them. Then later that day Holly and Travis came over along with his parents for dinner. We had a great night eating way too much food and playing games.

Colton got rollerblades from Santa
Logan got a "big green tractor" from Santa
Dylan got a bb gun from Santa.
Grandpa Mike and Grandma SherryDylan's new football pants

Logan sporting a new bathrobe

Colton got a cross necklace from Dylan that he made himself Dylan with his new muckboots
Colton's new cowboy shirt
Brian made this horsebarn for Logan. It turned out so awesome and he loves it. Uses the skidsteer to clean it, and the horses get fed with the big green tractor.

Christmas Eve

After church we went to Brian's parents' house for dinner. We had a great evening with his parents, his grandparents and his brother Jeremy and his family. It was so fun visiting with them all. The kids had a blast because we hadn't seen Jeremy, Darlene and the kids for a couple of months.
here we are after church just seconds before the boys ditched the ties. I was lucky to get a picture first!

Colton was THRILLED to get a leatherman from Grandpa and Grandma, he has been counting the days until he would be responsible enough to have one.

Logan playing with his flarp from Uncle J and Aunt Dar. If you don't know what flarp is I recommend going out and finding some. We had hours of laughs with this stuff. Logan also got a skidsteer from Grandma and Grandpa, so if you know him at all you know how much he loves that! Dylan also with his flarp, he is at the perfect age for it.....finds it hilarious! Next to him he got an erector set from Grandpa and Grandma that he loved. He has already made a helicopter and took it apart to start on the next project.
