Brian and the boys have spent a lot of time hunting this season. And last Saturday he snuck out alone and ended up getting the biggest elk I think I've ever seen up here. He had to leave it and recruit help to go in with horses and pack it out. I think all the boys, big and small had a great time with it. Good job Brian, you earned that beast! (sorry to anyone squemish...these pictures may be a little graphic)

I showed Justin the photos of the elk, and of course he's never seen anything like it, so he's in awe. We need to get together sometime soon! I know the holidays are busy, but when everything slows down a bit, we should plan an evening or something. Hope to talk to you soon!
